Hi everyone. we bought our apartment in 2010 and since then we never stayed there for more than week or two in summer only I stayed there for more then 4 weeks. Now I am retired and was thinking to live in sunny Spain for longer period and I need to ask I need to apply for residanica and I have no clue how to start this process as I now when Brexit is coming and it is good idea to take no risk and make stay permanent there. Please someone can guide how can I start this while in am near La Zania area. La Florida area I need your advise thank you in advance.

If you're going to move here to live, you must take out residencia. It's not as easy as it used to be, but you're legally required to do it, and I suggest it be done before Brexit happens.
