Got to be the Billion dollar question what todo with half a million Brits living in Spain and the E.U. who own a house in uk and want it back thus making possibly 250,000 thousand families homeless the mind boggles,I,m staying put will only be forced out at gunpoint (bit strong)but that plus the loss of income to Spanish would be immense,something will transpire surely common sense says so ,but we are talking politicians here deciding our future.As corporal Jones would say don't panic don't panic Mr Mannering.one door shuts another opens

In the back of my somewhat restricted mind, I imagine that should us lot, be ordered to be 'repatriated' to our home countries...Then our lovely Spanish hosts, could then buy properties and businesses etc etc, for tuppence apiece, because the amounts available, would be astronomical! This could NEVER happen in the UK...could it?..Have a nice weekend!🤔🅱️

In reply to your first part, it depends upon the result of our General Election as to what will happen with Brexit. If the Conservatives win an overall majority in Parliament, Brexit is likely to take place. That’s not certain though, unless it’s a decisive majority. If they don’t win an overall majority, then the stalemate could continue. If Labour and the other anti parties won enough seats it’s possible there could either be another referendum on leaving or article 50 could be revoked.

The only certain thing at the moment is everything is uncertain. Both the GBP exchange rate and FTSE is likely to go up and down after some opinion polls on the election outcome are published.
