Hi there, I moved to orihuela Costa recently and would love to meet people and make friends. I’m female in my 50’s.

I honestly don’t know much about areas. Since I live so close to La Zeina blvd, that is all I know. Plus I still have not purchased a car. Therefore, taxis are my only transportation.

I would love to meet for a coffee at the Blvd or a place around me,if you can.

Hi Rand different thing are you over there alone I am 56 and really considering moving over but not brave enough at the mo and if I did I would have to find work, hope you don't mind me asking but would you recommend it as a single woman on your own thanks sue

Yes,beautiful place to enjoy life. The only thing I’m having difficulty is not having friends to explore the city with. But that’s because I have been very busy remodeling my home. But now that I’m finished, I have lots of time to do outdoor things.

I am very much toying with the idea of coming over albeit for a few months but I would have to give my job up with the british N.H.S do you think there is work over there in Healthcare, as I say I do need to work, hope you don't mind me asking but I take it you have brought a place out there, I would long term rent but really am thinking about it good luck with it all you are very brave if you have gone over there all on your on, im not so brave (at the minute) x

There is a club for single people that meet at the Social Club meet on Monday mornings from 11.00am at The Marina Club, International Marina Puerto Deportivo, 03180 Torrevieja. There are over 120 members, some resident and others visit us when they come to Spain.

Regular events, Club meeting,, Cinema,, Badminton. Petanca, Games Night, 10 Pin Bowling, Sunday Lunch
