Hi, is anyone experiencing a problem trying to contact Cosy Casa Central Heating Installers. I am not sure if it's just my telephone number being blocked or if there is a problem with the Company, I have been trying since November to get a problem with my system which they installed, resolved to no avail.
I just e-mailed them for a quote and they replied within 5 minutes so seems like they are avoiding you. Possibly visit their showroom?
They don't seem to respond to problems!
Following on from my reply, what exactly is the problem? My husband is a plumber so could maybe offer some suggestions but he isn´t registered out here so can´t actually do any work for you. Plenty of others on here with plumbing knowledge who may also be able to help if we know what´s wrong. Other people have mentioned a Denuncia (?) so maybe google it to see how it works.

Go to the consumer department - OMIC - at the ayuntamiento and they will act for you.

Are you sure you have the correct number first? The number for Phil is 653671608.
I visit the cafe next door to the showroom most days and the lady is always in there so the phone should be answered.

I will be totally honest - you are the not the first person I have heard has problems so in no way do I wish to be associated with recommending them as that is not my intention. I just want to offer a face that can physically go into the show room area on your behalf if you are unable to visit.
The lady who takes the calls actually works for the disability equipment hire company and she just answers the phones and I know that the chap, Phil, does not go in that show room very often.

Thank you so much for your reply, I think you are right, however it has to be said they were
excellent at installing our system, quick and clean I had nothing but praise.
My problem is resolved however I have had to employ a Spanish chap who solved the
problem in 30 minutes flat all be it at a cost of 50 euro but I am happy.

Thank you everyone for your replies, I did not have a phone number for Phil and the phone
number for Kirk is the only one I have which is correct. I could not find the office.
Such a shame that this complaint should let themselves down because I have nothing but
praise for their installation and price, and nice chaps to boot.
I have now paid for someone to put the problem right at a cost of 50 euro which is nothing for peace of mind and frustration.

Thank you Gilly for your reply, co-incidentily my mobility scooter is playing up and I may have to visit the mobility centre as I've had a reply from a lady named Sue so if this the same lady I shall approach her on the subject.
