Hi got a problem with my WhatsApp which I can no longer access on my old iphone5 as needs the latest iOS so need someone who can transfer all my contacts and chat history to another phone so can anyone recommend a technician or shop that can do this for me?

Hi. Have you transferred your sim card into your new phone and installed watsapp on it? The reason i ask is because watsapp automatically transfers your chat history to the cloud (providing you had that setting switched on previously), so everything should be there anyway.
All your numbers should be there as well if they were added via your phones contact list, and were not just added on watsapp independantly.
You won’t need a technician, your contacts should be stored on your sim which can be inserted in your new phone. Your whatsapp messages are held on the whats app servers and will appear on your new phone when you instal the app.

I’m sorry, but you’ll have to upgrade your phone, no longer can you get the latest iOS software, but WhatsApp is not compatible with your phone
Once you’ve got a new phone your contacts will transfer over, but you’ll need to import them manually
If you can’t work it out through the link there’s dozens of YouTube videos explaining how it’s done,

Reason being I was told it's difficult to transfer all chat history on whatsapp from iphone to android so need an expert to do this rather than a Youtube tutorial as don't want to risk losing all chat history!

If no-one comes up with any other recommendations then just do a search on google and you'll find any number of shops doing mobile/computer services. Pick the one with the highest rating that is convenient located for you.
