Good Morning,

We are moving to Spain around Febrary/March next year, and are looking for a detached villa, preferably on the flat (with Solarium), with a decent amount of outside space. Our preferred area would be around El Raso, but all other area's considered. So if you are selling, or know of someone who is selling around that time frame, we would love to hear from you. The property must be in good condition. Many Thanks

Fancy a 200 sq metre house/bungalow, built 12 years ago, all LEGAL, on 12.500 metres plot with 300 olive trees? 4 bed 3 bath gas CH, A/C, 12 x 4 pool, etc, etc...…. 275,000 Euros - bargain!
