The price is €125,000. Sorry we thought it was included in the details of when we were choosing what item we were advertising but can now see it is not included.

 When was the property built? What is your EPC value? What isolation is in your walls? 
Be careful using the term villa. Your property looks like a casita small house from the 80’s... especially if yourmplot is totalling 140m2.

Hi, thank you for your message. We are just waiting for the EPC confirmation from our solicitor. Interesting what you say about a 'villa', when we bought it the property was advertised as a villa however take on board what you say. We could only upload a few photos on this site. I will send you a PM with a link of further photos.

The walls are the same as when we bought the property so we have not added any sound proofing or insulation ourselves, they are the standard walls. We have not had any issue with noise though, very quiet on the whole for us. It is a detached property.

Apologies, we have just received the deeds and EPC from our solicitor. The property was actually built in 2001 but the urbanisation was registered in 1984. The EPC rating is E, we have put in a new water heater this year which has an 'A' rating. We will be requesting an up-to-date EPC.
