Hi, as far as I am aware they have now started on the over 70s here in Santa Pola.  My husband and I have both been given our first injection and a date to return for our second one at the end of the month as it was the Pfizer one which has to be repeated 3 weeks after.

You have to be registered with the Health Centre in Santa Pola with a Spanish telephone number they can contact you on.  We were telephoned to give us our appointment.  We were not given a lot of notice to attend.  My husband was phoned the day before and I was contacted to ask if I wanted to come to the Health Centre within an hour if I wanted to be vaccinated.  I didn't miss the opportunity.  My husband attended the Casa del Mar for his vaccination and we both have our second appointments there at the end of the month.

Hope this answers your questions.

Regards Patricia

Thanks Patricia,

Casa del Mar is that near to Plaza Glorietta.

We are 65 so it will take a while, but it will come.

Pfizer is OK, we think.

Kind Regards,

Ronald and Johan

Hi, Casa del Mar Consultorio is situated on the corner of the main road opposite the ticket cabins for Tarbarca.  It is on Calle Fernando Pérez Ojeda.  You will see a government building next to a restaurant called Nuevo Casa del Mar, this building is for retired fishermen, and the medical building is at the back of this building on Av. Canalejas 1.  If you got your flu vaccine in the winter, this was also done here.  If you are not sure you will find it on Google under Casa del Mar Consultorio, Santa Pola.

Hope it's not too long until you both get done.
