You're better off contacting Securitas Direct to see what package you have and they can explain it to you :-)

I have been with Securitas for years but I didn't have to set anything up after the installation. Having installed the kit the monitoring just followed on. It gets paid monthly via Direct Debit.
Nothing has changed over the years except the price!!!!!!
They have an English speaking help line
