Hi All - Recommendations please for any property management companies in La Zenia/Playa Flamenca areas for holiday/short-term lettings?
We are looking for a reputable company who can advertise our property, select tenants, manage payments, changeovers, cleaning, key-holding etc....
Tourist licence has been issued, looking to start renting from Spring 2020

Well done Steve, would you mind letting us know how long the entire process took please? I know the whole system has been overwhelmed and it was taking up to a year but I'm wondering if everything is starting to settle down now.

It took us 13 months in total, mainly because they kept changing the goalposts and were sending back different forms to be completed on a seemingly regular basis....!
