I have stopped all my Tai Chi activities on the playa Flamenca due to numerous zumba and aerobic classes being run on the same prominade at the same time. However on a Thursday at 09:00 I am running a group Tai Chi activity on the sea front at Cabo Roig https://www.google.com/maps/d/u/0/edit?mid=1UE_w5Yt4t3qpmTr_6ojL3CrXNs3whDH3&usp=sharing

Any one can learn Tai Chi. Persons of all ages and all physical abilities. These classes are free and popular. Join in and have fun while learning a wonderful Chinese art form of meditation in motion.

Tai Chi is performed slowly, to music with slow, controlled and continuous movements. It is a form of meditation in motion if done properly and can result in many health benefits such as improved posture, improved balance, improved flexibility, improved coordination, improved memory retention and improved concentration.

If you want to know more about these classes or simply know more about Tai Chi please respond to this post or contact me via this forum's private message service.

Hi.

I would like to know more :). Do you start 8th March at 10:30? Are you there every Thursday? I will arrive to costa blanca in

April and would like to try Tai Chi.

Best regards

Sigga

Of course you can jump in for a single class. Come along and enjoy yourself everyone is welcome. I have only been here since Oct 2017 so i am still learning the climate but I think classes will run from mid March to mid October.
