Hello, i arrived in Spain just before the lockdown and am now hoping in the next while to improve my very basic golf skills and make some friends!,  can anyone recommend some group lessons in the Costa Blanca south? I definitely need to refresh as i haven't played for three years..any thoughts and suggestions as to how to get back into the swing of things, much appreciated. Thank you!

I play with the San Miguel Golf Society ( https://smgs.org ) on many Golf course in the area. Vistabella has a good driving range and teaching professional who you could make contact or just go thrash a few balls until the memory comes back 😀

I am in the U3A group, Torrevieja.

So many clubs. in U3A....look at their website......I signed up for beginners golf in the New Year, group lesson with a professional once a month.

Unfortunately we were away in January, then I was in hospital in February and March was lockdown.....

Looking forward to it though!!

Hello ldp,

I’m also a member of U3a, just joined before our current situation. I have written the golf group leaders so hopefully they will get back to me soon. Maybe our paths will cross on the greens! Thanks again for your reply!
