Hi all, my husband and I joined the Convenio Especial and our payments have left the bank each month. However the January payments have not been taken and the bank says the details remain set up on our account and we'd have to speak to Generalitat Valenciana. Does anyone know of a contact number or email relating to Convenio as we have been unable to locate this. We do not want our healthcare interrupted!

If you go to gva salut, the online facility for making appointments etc., click on SIP card and at the very bottom of the page click on 'contact' and a form comes up for you to complete and send with your query. Hope this helps.

Thank you for your response. We have now been told it is an issue with the Alicante collection system and we are not the only ones in the same boat.
