Hola, can anyone confirm whether or not a certificate was issued for the 1st covid vaccination?

My husband is trying to get a 4th booster in the Murcia area and since we have left the Orihuela Costa area we no longer have access to our previous records. I have copies of our 2nd and 3rd jabs but do not think we were issued with a certificate for the first jab, only a little card but anyone could have filled this in. Can anyone confirm this one way or another please. I have tried a government website but it only gives the 3/3 certificate. If anyone could supply an e-mail address for the Cabo Roig medical centre I will try them.

Any help or information would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you, Carol

The fact that you have a certificate showing 3/3 is all the proof required you’ve had three vaccines.

You can’t download a backdated EU Covid certificate - it only gives you the current one.

There is a Valencian Covid Justificante Certificate you can download via the GVA website. This gives you the dates and batch numbers of all Covid jabs.

Website seems to be down at the moment, so I can’t give you the direct link, but you’ll find it here.

But you’ve already got everything you need to get another jab.

Hi Lynn, thanks very much for responding to my post. I totally agree that the 3rd certificate should be sufficient but the nurse(?) was not accepting that and said she needed the 1st and 2nd certificates too, so I am trying...... I have been trying all night and have found an email address regarding covid queries on the GVA site so have emailed them, hoping to get a response. However, your link looks like a good second option so I will try that tomorrow, hoping it is working then.

Again, thanks much for your help, cheers, Carol

Hi Folks, success today. I e-mailed [email protected] but they sent me the usual link. I had to explain again that as our SIP number is no longer valid, that I could not access the records we needed. The lady got back to me with the certificates, so all is well. Again, thanks for trying to help. Kind Regards, Carol
