Hi, can anyone recommend over the counter medication for blocked sinuses, thus  causing headache and sore throat. Don't want to take up dr appointment  if I can get something decent over the counter.  Thank you

Hello

I  would suggest you get advice from your local (or any ) farmacia, I have done this many times & find that  they are the people with the  most knowledge.

Cheers

Ask in your farmacia, that’s what they are trained to do. The staff in my farmacia have far more knowledge than my GP.  Always my first port of call.

Thanks for your replies. Just thought somebody may have used something that did the trick. Will ask at Farmacia, hopefully I will breath easy by Christmas 😊. Thanks again

I tried a couple of Farmacia products but they didn't clear it. Ordered Beconase via Amazon and it did. But that was pre Brexit medicine import difficulties. As Amanda says above Sterimar might clear it. Hope you feel better soon.

Thanks for all replies. I ended up seeing a dr. Have spray , antibiotics and ibrufen for Sinusitis.  🤞 they do the trick. Will def keep Sterimar in mind for the future. Thanks again, all really helpful, as usual 😊
