Hi. My family are heading over in July 22 (12th - 23rd). I am looking for a rental property in cabo roig, playa flamenca, la zenia or gran alacant. I have looked on vrbo and Airbnb and I would welcome suggestions of any other holiday rental agents or holiday rental properties.

There are a lot of other sites (including ads on this forum). Try the websites that allow direct contact with the owner. Some charge extorionate bookings fees, others don't charge any so worth looking around. All the reputable sites only take properties that have a Tourist License but not all the social media sites have a requirement to display it - however it is a regulation in this area that all adverts carry the Tourist License number.
Try Vrbo, holidaylettings, (both charge booking fees), or the book direct with owner sites such as Spain-holiday.com, theholidaylet, simplyowners, bookingsforall, or the numerous facebook pages (just be careful to doublecheck the property is licensed.
