I would just like to say how happy we are with Grants of Buckie Haulage & Removals in Scotland.

Can’t recommend them highly enough.

When we moved in 2000, we used Pickfords International (Peterborough branch)

They were dreadful. Resulted in nearly double the quoted price ( given by a manager personally viewing property and goods, then giving price)

Terrible customer service.

I can hear people saying it was nearly 20yrs ago! Well their bad service resulted in us having to rent instead of purchase, extremely bad start to what should have been a time to rejoice. It took us many years to recover from this start, eventually having six lovely years living in Orihuela Costa.

This resulted in a long standing complaint that was never resolved to our satisfaction (no monetary compensation took place)

Will never cease telling this tale of woe. If it only deters one family from using their services, it will be another good day in my life.
