My friend fell for this about 10 years ago in the Los Altos area, he said he lived at the back of her and has seen her in the pool. He needed 50 € for locksmith and she gave it to him. She said he was Swiss.
My friend went back home for the summer and people renting the next door apartment then had a visit from him saying he was a good friend of my friend. Same story but this lady didn’t give him anything, but she was scared, stayed up all night constantly checking front door and windows.

Hi Thank you for your input Jpsaphine.That must have felt a biy scary for her.
This guy was about 6ft 4 so quite big but I am 6ft and didnt feel threatened, just sorry for him although I did question him quite a bit but still felt unsure really. Anyway...could have been worse. Older and wiser now. x

...e said he needed 24 euros to give the locksmith after paying him 500 euros already. The max he could get from his arm. We took pity and gave him the money...then he asked if we could take him into Torrevieja to the locksmith to give him his money. We did..he stopped at 3 different races and finally got out. He never came back!°°???
Perennial scam,thought everybody was aware of it along with the Repsol scam.
