They advise an appointment is better and you can prove why you are travelling if you need to at any point.
If you put the vehicle type into the correct section "Tipo de Vehiculo" the dates and times available are all online. Turismos is a Standard Car,

Tried it did all you said but it won't let you make an appointment so I rang them and the guy said
No appointments just come here

It must have changed in the last few weeks in that case, when I was there it was strictly appointments only.
I can make an appointment using the link. In my experience if you do just turn up, you can be waiting round for hours while they go through all the cars with appointments first.

That's really decent of you but I will be ok ..
To much of a self sufficient old sod to ask for that much help but thank you for offering
It won't kill me waiting it's not as if there is anything else to do

Re ITV...my car off road since Sept 19...not moved...not started since Sept...had to insure..don't know when I will get to Spain...don't know how I will check car...brakes etc.. then get ITV...a worry if stopped by t raffico ..
