Regarding property rentals there is now a new law in place which requires all owners that rent out there properties on a short term basis to have a tourist licence, failure to have this can result in a hefty fine and also you are not going to be able to advertise on all of the major advertising portals.  Another legal requirement is that every guest on check in you must take a copy of their passport and this has to be logged to the Guardia Civil, failure to do this will again result in a hefty fine, we provide this service as part of our property management and also we at OCC Property Group will obtain your tourist license for you.
