Hi folks

At the moment my husband and I are living in Xativa in Valencia province, however due to the extreme heat in July and August and my husband unable to master the Spanish language we wish to move to a relatively flat location near the sea.  Ideally we want to live in a partially ex pat community for socializing, joining clubs and support but we also want to enjoy a Spanish environment too. We need to rent long term  and our budget will be between 350 and 450 possibly 500 euros. I hope that somebody will be able to point us in the direction of an unspoiled, safe location near the sea.

Many thanks

Sandra

Hi Sandra,

Try playa flamenca or La Zenia. All around this area there are alot of expats but nit so much spanish.

Hi

Thank you very much for suggesting La Zenia and Flamenca, we will do our research.

Kind regards

Sandra
