Hi , Can anybody offer advise on the following . My wife is Irish and has obtained her residency from the Foreign office in Allicante . I hold a South African passport and have all my documents but can't seem to obtain a appointment at the Foreign office for for residency . My question is , Does the 90 day rule apply to me as I am on a Schengen visa ?Appreciate any sound advise ?
Applications for Tarjeta Familia de UE have to be made online to Valencia- not in person. Suggest you get a solicitor to help you do this.........

Unfortunately not! It seems to be impossible to find- even if your Spanish is good. We combed government websites with no luck, which is why we ended up having to use a solicitor. Apparently before the pandemic you could apply in person, but that's no longer the case.

I'm in Gandia and my solicitor is here? Maybe someone else can help you, nearer to Orihuela, or there's a recommendation somewhere else on the forum
