Can anyone help with completing the non-resident tax form 210?

Am I right in thinking that you can complete it online but then either have to obtain a digital certificate/ID to submit it online or just take the paperwork to the bank to pay it?

Thanks

Anne

We used Spanish Tax Forms Ltd, based in the UK but the forms completed for you, simply print them off and take to your bank to pay, great service and much cheaper than a solicitor, check them out online.

Thanks, yes I saw their website, but thought if it's just a matter of filling them in and taking them to the bank to pay we could do it ourselves, sounds a little easy though :-)

If you look on the Andalucia.com forum there is a step by step guide to completing the Modelo 210. It is very straightforward and if you get stuck you can ask for help. Can definitely recommend. You complete the form online then print off and take it to your bank in Spain to pay. You have a year in which to pay. Ie tax due for 2017 payable  by December 2018. Easy peasy . Hattie

Thanks Hattie,

Do you know where about on the site the guide is? I've had a quick look but couldn't see anything obvious

Have you had a search of the forum for “Jim’s Guides to .....”?

I’m pretty sure that he has compiled an excellent help guide to this and other tax related subjects, if you do a general earth of the forum it should be there?
