Can anybody advise me as to the accuracy of the Accuweather website?

I am a COPD sufferer and they are saying the Air quality is extremely bad and recommend that people with any resperitory problems should stay indoors, and even healthy people should reconsider being outdoors???

Can anyone confirm their accuracy please?

Thanks

The air quality was very bad in the early evening last night I had a look out of my back door last night and within a few seconds I could hardly breathe and it took sometime for my breathing to return to normal and I dont have any respiratory problems.

This morning I was walking our dog at 6.30am the air did not "feel" as heavy with dust as yesterday although I did wear a mask to be on the safe side. The air quality is pretty bad at the moment so until we either get some rain to bring the dust down from the atmosphere or it blows over I am trying to limit my time outside.

The air is full of Saharan dust and yesterday it looked like a scene from Mars, everything was orange.
