Hi

I will be visiting next week for 8 days, from the 27 March, I was wondering  what the weather is like so i can bring the right clothing as I only have a small suitcase, also I suffer from gout attacks, can I get naproxym tablets in the chemist there for the gout attack

Cheers keith

Yes you can usually buy the gout tablets from the Farmacia in Spain and they are cheaper than the prescription charge in the UK. Just take a box of your usual tablets to show the chemist.

The weather in March/ April can be changeable and I usually travel in layers and a warmish jacket (with a hood for the possible showers) which can be used in the evenings in Spain. Daytimes can be   warm and sometimes quite hot in the sunshine but evenings are not generally that warm this time of year and can feel quite chilly.

My theory is to be prepared, as you can always take something off if it's warm but  you can't put something on, if it's cold, if you dont take it with you . Plus wearing it while travelling is easier than packing it.

Thanks for advice jan

Much appreciated

It’s good to know I can get the tablets although prescriptions are free in Wales it’s trying to get an appointment with the doctor is difficult

Cheers
