Hi please can I ask does anyone know if there is paper form for UK gov locator form that can be printed off. My 70 year old mum doesn't have a smart phone or email address to fill in form online. She came here with printed paper locator form from Spanish health website. How do people cope without doing it online. Thanks

Last time I travelled back with a paper form I was told by Border Force that it was unacceptable

They then gave me an ipad and wouldn't let me through until I'd done the whole procedure online. Be aware that this might happen to mother on her return

Here's a link to the form

Hi,

you can fill in the form on-line for your mum then print off the QR code that you get sent once the form is completed.

I could not see a way of filling in a hardcopy of the form but there is a help line for UK Visa and Immigration so perhaps they can advise:

Telephone: 0800 678 1767
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

Many thanks for your reply. She may have to do that turn up without form. I don't have enough data on my phone to use up on UK gov website. It resets at the end of the month. She is fully vaccinated & had a Antigen test today which is negative. Does she have to pay for day 2 & day 8 on the locator form once arrived back in the UK. Thanks

For some reason it's not letting me put attachment, but yes, she has to book and pay for the tests and show proof of.

Hi,

if your mum was fully vaccinated in the UK she only needs to book a day 2 test. If her vaccinations were given outside of the UK she will need to book both day 2 and day 8 tests. The tests need to be booked prior to travel, the company will give you a reference number which must be entered onto the UK passenger locator form. The form and the antigen test result were checked by the airline at the airport, so best have them to hand when checking-in.

Aitch.

You don't have much time left to get her these required docs.

Could you not go into your nearest internet cafe and fill the forms in online for her, send it to your email address and print it off whilst in the internet cafe.

Aitch has provided the procedure.

Hi,

    that's a a good suggestion.

When I needed to print off Ryanair boarding passes last year I did it at the Take-a-Break cafe, in the same complex as the Lidl supermarket, La Zenia.  They have pc's and printers available. It is on the top level above Mercadona. Not expensive plus you can get a nice cup of coffee at the same time!

I think The Post Shop in Villamartin plaza also has pc/print facilities but I have never been so cannot say for definite.

Aitch.

I know where you mean Aitch, been there.

Thought it was an Aldi rather than Lidl in that centre ?
