As all the ITV centres are closed has the government extended our certificate to a
later date.

Yes, until further notice, as long as your ITV has run out during the lockdown.

The Spanish Government are going to extend the lockdown till the 9th of May
and we will be informed of this tomorrow. Thank you for your answer.
