This topic has been discussed many, many times on here. A non EU passport holding spouse can accompany the EU spouse under the same rules as the EU passport holder as long as they are accompanying the EU passport holder. The 90 days in 180 will not apply unless the UK passport holder visits the EU by themselves without accompanying or travelling to visit the EU passport holder.

The following link will provide you with all the information concerning your wife's entitlement to enter and stay in the EU on the strength of you being an EU citizen:

Hi thank you for information regarding my wife as a non EU citizen traveling with me as an Irish citizen, as we will not be staying more than the 90 days in the EU my take on it is as long as we have our marriage certificate, passports, proof of where we will be staying, and medical cover, we won't need to register when we arrive in the country but have documents in case asked for at the border. Thank you very much for your help in this matter also for your time and effort must have been a job finding all that information thank you again Kind regards John.
