Wardrobe Wrap

Does anybody know of any companies that wrap wardrobes? Ours are flat dark mahogany. Not sure painting them will work?

Are these actual true mahogany? In which case, it is a a shame to paint them, although this was does in the Georgian era. Are they perhaps some other kind of wood, ie pine, which has been stained? Or are they pvc laminated in wood grain effect!
If stained timber, providing prepared well, should be no problem to paint them. If laminated, there are paints which can allegedly be used over essentially plastic surfaces, your local suppliers would be able to advise.
As for wrapping, it is not a process with which I am familiar, other than the factory versions.
