Can anyone please suggest an inexpensive spray I could purchase here to ease my back pain similar to 'Deep Heat'.
The only one the pharmacist offered me was 10+ euro.

I believe for similar advertised pharmaceutical industries are about the similar price.
The local farmacia may advise an generic (non-advertised version)

Hi Julie,
Voltadol Forte Gel
Calmatel Gel
Both good. Probably 8 or 10€
(Bought 12 Ibuprofen (generic nurofen) recently...5.90€. Think some pharmacists have high prices?)
Should last though as a little goes a long way.
Access to a hot tub or Jacuzzi would be helpful and glorious.

I'll try it. I'm looking for a spray really as I have other problems so feels better to spray something on their take it orally Unfortunately I don't have another 1/2 to rub gel on and I can't reach that area.

Oh sorry about that.
Would your doctor prescribe a spray I wonder?
Perhaps try other pharmacies?
It might be worth having a look at Amazon.es to see if you can get something delivered.
Hot pads can help too but I’m sure you have tried everything.

I occasionally use Voltadol Forte, but find I get as much relief from a wheat bag or gel pack heated in the microwave. When I retire to my recliner in the evening, I usually have one wheat bag in the small of my back and one on my bad shoulder.
