Anyone, Everyone

I am in the process of obtaining my residency in Spain, however my wife is in the UK.With our 10 months old daughter.  Do I need a visa to get them here, my daughter is a British National, but my wife is classed as a third country national, she has a Tanzanian passport in her maiden name.We have been married just over 2 years, ( in Dar es Salaam), she has a marriage certificate, and numerous documents in her married name, her National Insurance number, our daughters birth  certificate, bank statements, doctor and hospital appointments and utility bills. According to the EU these documents will suffice to get her into Spain( we plan to travel overland via the tunnel). I can’t find any agency or documentation to confirm this, does anyone know if my information from the EU is correct and where I can get confirmation/ or denial or of this in Spain. Regards, Martin O’.

Maybe you need to contact the CAB in Spain or the Embassy to confirm the requirements for your spouse.

Hi Martin,

I agree with Mary and suggest you contact the Spanish Embassy in London - their contact details are here:

Kind regards,

Kim
