Dear forum members,

My name is Dennis and together with my partner we are considering buying a house on Monte Solana.

The information from the realtor about possible annual contributions for the urbanization is not clear to him.  I came across this forum in my search for answers.

What costs, if any, do owners on Monte Solana pay to the urbanization and what is it for?  Street lighting and waste?  Or has the urbanization been adopted by Pedreguer and everything is included in the municipal taxes.  I like to hear. Thanks in advance.

Dennis

Hi Dennis,

Sorry for the delay, we only receive the forum once a week.

Monte Solana is free of any community charges, all has been adopted by the local council.

Anything else we can help you with?

Hi Peter,

Thanks for your kind answer. Good to know this.

You don't happen to know if Monte Solana has some kind of ADSL or fiber options for internet connections? Or do we need the Wimax/ Air WiFi options? Thanks again for your help.

Hi again, we only have wifi. You should check where you want to be on Solana as the South side has very little internet.

You need to see the coast for decent speeds.

Pete

Hi Dennis.

That goes for La Solana 2, which is a smaller Urbanization of off Monte Solana. There are a couple of properties for sale there too.

Jill.

Hello Jill,

Thanks for your reply. We found Solana II on the map as well, the area around Carrer Catalunya.

Hi Dennis.

Beautiful location, but then I'm biased I guess.

I've had my property on Carrer Catalunya for 15 years. I bought it from plot and I've been so very happy there. Mine's one for sale haha, so I guess I would say that.I do wish you many happy years there, if you buy a property. I dont think you'll be disappointed. Nice to speak to you.

PEDREGUER MONTE SOLANA

MAY 2021 - earthquake?

Can anyone help please. We are looking to purchase in monte SOLANA and have been informed that maybe our new structure could have been affected by the tremor.?

Am I listening to idle gossip or could this be something we should concern ourselves with prior to purchase?

Thank you
