Hi

I’m still waiting for my 2 AstraZeneca vaccines.  Apparently they missed me by mistake first time around and I’m now on the waiting list as there’s a short supply of AZ and as I’m 65 they won’t give me the Pfizer.

I desperately want to return to UK to visit my 85 year old mother.  I understand that whilst you isolate on your arrival, you can pay £200 to have 3 tests within 5 days and if they prove negative, then you don’t have to isolate the full duration.  I’m hoping to have my vaccines whilst at home.  Can anyone offer me any advice.

Many thanks

Hi Maureen,

The requirements for entry to England are an Antigen test before you leave Spain and completion of the Passenger Locator Form, which must include the reference number for your pre-booked Day 2 and Day 8 tests.  Further details can be found on the Gov.UK website, including the Day 5 "Test to Release" at this page:

https://www.gov.uk/guidance/red-amber-and-green-list-rules-for-entering-england#amber-list

When you get back to the UK, call 119 to book your vaccinations.

Kind regards,

Kim

Hi Maureen, I think I may be in a similar situation. I’ve a temporary SIP registered at Salud Cabo Roig. I’ve checked at the medical centre and they just said to wait. Is there a telephone number for the vaccination centre where I can check?
