Thanks Ray 

We have gone through the fairly painful process of getting a licence from the ayuntamiento using the services of a Spanish architect so we are all legal. 

The architect is trying to source a builder for us but just wanted to put out my own feelers. 

Appreciate the advice and the tip about Donalumnio
