New House in Pego

Hi All
We are new to the forum, and we are looking for advice and recommendations please. We have recently completed on our holiday home in Pego through power of attorney. As we don't know when we will be able to get over yet, we are looking to build a relationship with a person/company who can collect the keys from the solicitors and look after the house. We have a wish list of work to be done i.e. electrics, plumbing, alterations and no doubt a very over grown garden!
