Having left Teleast because we lost all the English channels, we moved to P and N tv services as they were recommended on the forum but we have had nothing but trouble with the picture and sound breaking up. They don’t seem to be able to put it right even though the engineer has been up every day this week and several times previously. Has anyone else experienced trouble with this company and can anyone recommend another company?

What transmission format are you using for your tv - do you have a satellite dish or using the Internet?

Hi, we have a small dish on the aerial but I think it may use the internet. Sorry but know nothing about these things

Have you got a satellite dish too? Reason I ask is that P & N installed both a sat dish and smaller wi-if dish for us a few years back, we use the sat dish as per in UK with a sky box, sounds like you may have Internet tv through your small dish - did they give you a set-top box/tuner too, as this is what would be used for your channels if not using sat dish

We have a small box and there are two dishes but I think one was left by Teleast. P and N can’t understand why we’re having this problem but I’m really getting fed up. We’re watching rugby at the moment and it started badly but has now settled down for the moment.

If it is available (it is available nearly everywhere now) you will always be better with high speed fibre optic cable - and the TV system that comes with it . It costs no more than the old systems with small dish that can be effected by things like trees in the line of site to their signal.
