BEST ROUTE FROM Le Havre TO PILAR DE LA HORADADA

Hi! I seem to remember having read a couple of very comprehensive route instructions from uk to Murcia. We will be travelling down end March with 2 dogs, and will probably need 2 stops (we are arriving early morning day 1 on overnight ferry into Le Havre), and get to Pilar at the end of day 3.
Would someone be able to advise the route, probably the fastest/least busy if that is possible? We have noted both Ibis and Campanile are dog friendly hotels, but if anyone knows other chains, please advise.
