Is there any new bars restaurants open in pilar lately? We have a house in pilar and like walking around the town at night.

IT depends what you want there are many restaurants in Pilar. Chinese ---Indian--- Italian.
Steak then el galego, Spanish food, Caracoles, also Jhanitos facing Nostrisimo is new great food, tapas good prices, spoils for choice .

Have you tried Lorenzo's or La Maralla? There is also Asada Naranjas.

To be honest Eugene, there is not a lot moving on.
Captain Morgan's has been bought over by El Gallego but as their service is dire ( although their food is excellent)I don't see how they can promote the bar........
We just explore the side streets & try out what is there.......

We do that aswell I love the el Gallego it's slow but that's just the Spanish way nice and slow but worth the wait. Thanks
