Dog Barking

We have recently moved to Pilar and have a dog living nearby that barks all of the time - this is very annoying - can anything be done ?

We lived in Pilar in an atico, opposite they had 2 dogs that barked most of the day, when i mentioned it to the police, i was told thats what dogs do. No help given at all. In the end we sold up and moved .

Try talking to the owner, if they are Spanish you are wasting your time. Make a denuncia to the Ayuntamiento and see if that helps. Otherwise send me a PM and I will advise you how to stop the noise permanently.

Talking to owner did nothing, was very polite, but got no where, but trying yo sort it out in a friendly way is always good.

When you write your denuncia make a great stress on the health angle. Pile it on! They have to act if there is a health issue.
Otherwise there is the final solution which I have had to resort to many times...…
