Got my friend to type this as I have had a complaint about using Capital Letters.
My partner and myself are going to become residents in Spain . The question is he is at the moment receiving his state pension and a small work pension in the UK which is taxed at source. When we become residents does he pay his tax here and any websites I could look at to give me more information?

As Ray says, look at my guides to resident tax - they're more comprehensive than many other websites. After reading them, if you've any specific questions, then just ask them and one of us will help you.
Your partner will have to pay tax on all his income in Spain, although any UK tax paid can be offset against tax in Spain.
