Is anyone else experiencing problems with Teleast?  We have been without our English channels for a week and all they say is they are trying to fix it. I’m beginning to wonder if it is just our tv but they haven’t suggested sending anyone out to look at it.

Hi Rosie.  You are not alone.  The system is down all over the place. I have been without a signal for 8 days.  I spoke to Madrid help desk today.  Their excuse is that they are updating some channels, and can't provide the service until they have all been done.  Ummm.  The only good thing is that we can apply for a refund at the Campoverde office.  Do you follow the Facebook site https://www.facebook.com/groups/931064096934857/ There is a lot of chat about this subject there. B.

So do we sit back and just wait or do we find an alternative provider? If so, can anyone recommend a company?

I looked on the Facebook site but couldn’t see that topic.

I have just put a further update on the FB page, so please try again, as it is now near the top of the page for updates - about 5 or 6 discussions down. Just go into the home page and you should find info there (look for Sheila Harrot message on 14/12 at 12.57)

Hi, thanks very much. I did find some conversation eventually and have been in touch with P and N in Campoverde.  They were very helpful and are coming out in a couple of days. One big advantage for us is that we can stop paying for TV while we are back in the Uk for a few months.  You’ve been very helpful.

Just had phone saying they can’t supply me any more and are stopping direct debit

Hi.  Are you referring to P&N?  Coincidently I am just changing provider for both internet and mobile.  From Avatel to Flexa who have 4 local offices.  If you want to give them a call the number is 968 018500.
