Hi Ian,  We met with a lady from Acuagest ( not sure if that is the correct spelling) in Pilar she has checked the documents I have amassed and we now need to obtain copies of the last 12 months statements from our Spanish Bank.  This we hope to do tomorrow then hopefully all systems go for appointments next week.

Will keep you updated if all goes well, or not !  Are you considering Residencia?

Yes Ruth we are we have a house in Torre De La Horrada its been our holiday home for 17 years and we want to spend at least six months in Spain may be longer.

Could you please send me the details of the people you are using and costs if possible I will private message you with our email address.

Hi has anyone said what a reasonable charge is? I too am going to take out residency. I wondered if it was something I could do myself, has anyone done this? If there is a way considerably less than the 250 mentioned I would take the easy route.

there on villa Martin By the roundabout where the road splits who we bought our house through very professional 

they are saying €140 each for residency per person

And charging my wife €90 for her nie
number 

€120 for a will if this helps you with prices Ainhoa is her name very good company
