Hi folks coming over for 3 months will I need insurance please

If from the UK then the EHIC/GHIC will cover you for emergency and ongoing treatment within the Spanish health system but travel insurance is always recommended to cover the unexpected. For instance if you had an accident then you could be discharged from hospital before you are fully able to care for yourself or travel back to the UK. Spanish hospitals expect family to provide a lot of the care whilst in hospital as they concentrate purely on the medical side.
Look for travel insurance which covers medical repatriation. If anything serious happens it will seem much worse in a foreign environment.
