Dear Alex

I used    Premier from Almaradi                       Company which I got from your website recommendations . I am hoping you can help or advise me what to do as my house Contents arrived so very badly damaged. My mattress was completely soaking wet  And my bed frame is damaged second bedroom the headboard damaged both sides. My wardrobes smashed. My bike was damaged my living room cabinets were damaged . My tables were broken, part of my dinner service was smashed and most of my packing boxes damaged.                   I have contacted them and as requested sent photos but having waited two months no reply from them at all. Please can you help me with this as I am at a considerable loss and do not think I should have no compensation from them

Did you pay for their insurance cover, usually specified as an ‘extra’. Removal firms also disclaim responsibility for any items, eg China, which they themselves have not physically packed into boxes before loading them into their vehicle. This is an appalling situation, and their insurers, if cover was included, should by now have contacted you. If you did not pay for their insurance, there may be little recourse.

The company packed everything themselves  it was the company's delivery drivers in UK told us it was shipped and packed by themselves as a company when being delivered in UK.

The Premier company have all the photos they have requested of the damage but still waiting as they are not answering us. Really feel this is just not good enough. Even their own delivery in UK drivers have apologies on the terrible damage of our contents  feel compensation is needed..!!!!

We paid everything they asked us to pay and insurance was mentioned by them on booking and paying them
