Very big 3 bed two bath apartment in the centre of Pilar de la horadada. 

This town as all the amenities you would need. 5 well known supermarkets,  doctors, schools, banks, post office, cafés, and restaurants.   Also 5 minutes walk from apartment is a big sports centre boasting tennis, paddle, running track, football,  swimming pool, bowls, badminton, etc, etc.

A walking rambla to the blue flag beaches,  only 15 minutes walk.

Apartment is a well fitted,  seperate big kitchen with Siemens dishwasher,  washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave.  Etc, etc.

Lounge as a 48inch smart tv,  two leather sofas, good quality furniture.  A small balcony of tbe lounge big enough for a small tables and chair.

Of the kitchen is a square patio, with plenty of storage cupboards, a gas boiler for your hot water and a full size gas cookef, all installed to natural gas mains.

Inside the kitchen is a gas hob, again connected to gas mains and an electric oven.

3 double bedrooms,  mazter bedroom as a wall mounted flat screen tv, king size leather  bed, double built in wardrobes.   Leads on to an ensuite bathroom with a fitted shower.

Other two bedrooms are double size, one with a leather double bed, other bedroom is presently being used as a storage room.  But as fitted wardrobe with a big  safe bolted to the floor and the wall.

Back of the apartment is a long patio south facing, with a big tiled worktol table and chairs, we use this for a summer kitchen. 

With secure garage rent would be 450.00€ a month

Hi would this be available for long winter lets, September through to end of May for say the next 5 years, what floor is it on and do you allow pets.

Yes pets are allowed. There is only 11 apartments in the whole building.

I have no pictures, but you are welcome to view for yourself.
