We are a retired couple who have been renting in Campoverde for 3 years our present rental is to be sold so we are looking for a property in either Pilar or Campoverde, We require a 5 year contract and would prefer unfurnished we are open to suggestions re apartments or villas

We have a property in Pilar de la Horadada, it is a 3 bedroom two bathroom apartment. It also includes a underground garage space. We would be asking 450 euros per Month.

It's a big apartment in the centre of Pilar De La Horadada. 3 bedrooms, two have beds, other bedroom used as a storage room with big wardrobes. Air condition hot/cold. Gas connected to the apartment. Two bathrooms, an secure underground parking place.
A nice rambla with 20 minutes walk to a lovely beach. Many resturants,banks, bars, supermarkets in the town. A central salud, chemists, and a post office. A good weekly fruit and veg market.
A very big sports centre, with football, tennis, padel, badmington,a english bowl court. A big full size swimming pool.
