Hi
I make my own yogurts using a starter Alsa, in France this is what is used see pic !
Is there anything like this here in Spain I could use .

take a spoonfull of an active yoghurt and cultivate it in milk, add sugar and it will turn to yoghurt

Yes I know I can make it like that it was just that the Alsa product is probiotic and makes it nice and set .
I have just found this is Dialprix hard to translate what do you think of it .

Hello....
The photo is of a Box to make tener not yogurt. The best person to ask will be the Chemist or use a good plain yogurt as a starter.

Thanks for your reply , funny thing I made it today it is just like custard only not yellow and sets , quite nice .Pity I really wanted the yogurt making product.
