Schools and education near Balsicas

Hi everyone. We are moving to Le Tercia near Murcia later this year from the uk but have just took on our 12 nephew and need to bring him to Spain with us. Can anyone advise us on schooling or education, we don't think we can afford private schools so we are looking at other options.
