Hi my husband and I have just purchased a property on campo verde and hope to relocate in November this year.
would be lovely to get to know people as we don't know anybody yet. Really looking forward to it. We do play golf so any society's we could join would be fab.
we are doing early retirement and really looking forward to new times and new beginnings.
hope to get to know everyone soon

Derek and I have been in Campoverde for over 12 years, you will love it, everyone is so friendly and you will soon find your feet.

my husband and i..and the dog, are moving out there too...we are literally just about to complete the sale on our house in the uk.. my brother owns a house out there and loves it. we are taking the plunge too. be nice to meet people in similar positions as ourselves.

hi thanks for that. we are in the process of arranging storage for all our stuff here in the uk.. as for getting it all to spain we have no idea how we are going to do it yet, because we haven't found the house we want to buy. we will be living out of a suitcase for a while until we can find our new home. we have somewhere to stay in pinar de campoverde at my brothers villa while we look around.

hi yvonne and roy. when we get over there we will be in touch. we are going over next week just for a week to stay at my brothers place to look at some houses for sale. will keep you posted.

we are driving over with our dog, probably November time in a uk car..does anyone know how much it would cost to have a car registered with spanish plates as we were told that you can only have a car over there for 30 days and then you have to have it re registered with spanish plates...another forum said you can keep a uk car over there for 6 months before having to re register it?

They come highly recommended, sort out changing lights and reregistering on Spanish plates. The timing is all rather confusing but we are planning on this as one of the first jobs
