making an online bank transfer to another spanish bank account

Sorry folks looking for help as I cannot find anything by searching online.

I need to make a payment to someone locally and I have the Iban. I selected national transfer as not international transfer, entered the IBAN, account details and beneficiary name.......ok so far and its obvious where to enter amount.

But then it was asking for HOME, so assume that is the beneficiaries address ? and under that POPULATION? no idea what that is. Finally TRANSFER CONCEPT ? no idea either...........

No idea what home or population may mean.

Concept with my bank is your opportunity to enter a reference name or number if you like but not essential.

Maybe post a screenshot as long as there's no personal info or numbers visible.
